How an engagement actually works
This is not a five-step agency waterfall. It is a sequence that earns the next conversation. I do not run your sales. I am the technical right arm once the problem is real.
Half-day
A week of prep by email, then four hours with your team. You leave with a punch list, and the roadmap for the next 1 to 6 months of technology work.
90-day Engaged sprint
If the punch list is real, I sit in the chair. Map in 30 days. Weekly planning. Daily stand-ups. Vendors and contractors get managed. Short-term, high-octane.
Advisor
Once the path is clear, I stay as a strategic advisor. Twice-monthly planning, unlimited email, lowest ongoing spend. You do not start here.
