    What happens in the half-day

    You get a week of written prep, then four hours. I do not show up to pitch tools. We name the bloodspots, the next 1 to 6 months of work, and what you can ignore. If we continue, it is Engaged or Advisor. If we do not, you still have the list.

    I do not run sales or marketing. I take technical direction and client management once the problem is identified.
