Machine Format, Human Format — Why Every Report Ships Twice

Every report my system produces comes out twice: once as structured data an agent can reason over, once as a page a human can skim in ninety seconds. This isn’t redundancy, it’s two different audiences with two different jobs. This chapter explains the dual-format convention, why it matters even if you’re a search of one, and how to set it up so future-you (or a future agent working on your behalf) can pick up the thread without re-reading everything from scratch.
